Technical Customer Support Representative
PrideStaff is hiring for a Technical Customer Support Representative for a growing aviation company in Bend, OR. In this role you will operate as the critical link between aviation customers, and the internal production team. In this role you will act as a central hub of information, navigating internal software to address technical customer questions regarding various aviation products and serving as a high-level communicator balancing aviation production standards with a professional customer experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Diagnostic Troubleshooting : Investigate customer technical inquiries, identify root causes, and provide accurate resolutions.
- Production Liaison : Act as the primary bridge between the customer and the production floor, ensuring that technical specifications are met.
- Professional Communication : Maintain phone correspondence, providing an expert and helpful "voice" for the company.
Qualifications
Experience : Previous experience in technical support, customer success, or inside sales preferred. Experience in Aviation, Aerospace, or advanced Manufacturing is highly preferred.Technical Aptitude : Ability to learn diagnostic software, calibration tools, and databases.Interpersonal Skills : Ability to act as a liaison between different departments.High Independence : You are a "self-starter" who takes the initiative to learn complex systems.Technical Mindset : You enjoy using data and internal tools to solve puzzles, and troubleshoot.Clear Communication : You can translate technical aerospace updates into clear, concise language.Training & Mentorship
This role works directly under a Senior Technical Lead, shadowing their daily workflow to learn the intricacies of specialized aerospace products.
