Overview :

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or Clinical Fellow) to join our school-based team in California. The ideal candidate will provide therapy and support to students with communication, language, and speech disorders, helping them develop skills to reach their fullest potential in the classroom and beyond.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments to determine student needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including session notes and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and team collaborations.
