This unique position blends front office and clinical support duties. You’ll be the friendly face greeting patients, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth daily operations — while also lending a hand chairside when needed. Front Office Duties

• Welcome and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage scheduling, confirmations, and insurance verifications
• Handle phone calls, texts, and patient inquiries
• Collect payments and review treatment estimates
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless flow
