LPN - Cardiovascular / Anticoagulation Clinics

A Brief Overview

Intake for nurse run clinic, cross trained to triage and for Coumadin Clinic, 20 hours per week, hours are flexible, mainly located in Chagrin, may float. This position will also support the vein center assisting with procedures (pre and recovery of the patient).

Provides safe efficient age specific nursing care to patients / families using the nursing process in order to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status.

• Completes / submits required documentation.
• Delivers effective relationship based nursing care.
