A company is looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process high-volume AP operations across multiple entities
Lead and mentor AP team members, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Oversee vendor payments and maintain internal controls over cash disbursements
Required Qualifications
7+ years of progressive AP experience, including at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
Experience managing high-volume invoice processing
Strong understanding of internal controls over disbursements and fraud prevention
Proficient in Workday AP and advanced Excel skills
