We are seeking a Family Practice physician to provide comprehensive care in a community-focused clinic setting. Practice Setting :

Family Clinic is open Monday to Friday 7 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm
Optional 4-day work week
There is currently 2 Physicians and 4 NPs employed by MDH seeing patients with additional provider support from partner clinics
Option to also oversee convenience clinic
48-bed healthcare facility providing an impressive spectrum of advanced medical treatments and personalized health services

Compensation :

Competitive base salary between $285,000 - $350,000+

$250,000 Student loan repayment paid direct by employer

$50,000-$100,000 sign-on bonus, $15,000 relocation
