The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of planning and design related to municipal civil infrastructure such as water, wastewater, stormwater systems, and roadways. You should thrive in a collaborative, problem-solving environment.

As a successful candidate, you will have the chance to :

• Lead multidisciplinary design teams in planning, designing, and constructing a variety of municipal and industrial infrastructure projects, including sewer pipelines, pump stations, treatment systems, wells, storage tanks, and streets.
• Drive business development by building relationships with clients and assisting in proposal preparations.
• Draft scopes of work, contracts, and design budgets for diverse projects.
• Collaborate with clients, operators, regulatory agencies, funding sources, and contractors on project specifications and deliverables.
• Attend council and commissioner meetings and engage in public forums to inform stakeholders about project details.
• Conduct fieldwork, including construction observation, equipment installation monitoring, and project reconnaissance.
• Supervise project support staff, including drafters, EITs, and construction observers.

Requirements :

Salary Range : $105,000 - $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
