Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Network Test Engineer to join our technology lab. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in validating integrations with third-party systems and supporting the engineering team to diagnose and resolve issues.

About the Role :

Validate integrations with a diverse range of third-party partners.
Collaborate closely with engineering to troubleshoot and diagnose complex integration challenges.
Perform IT support tasks and assist with equipment procurement during afternoons.
Work onsite in our lab environment.

Responsibilities :

Run test scripts to verify integrations.

Work with engineering on issue diagnosis, with support and guidance provided as you grow in the role.

Take on a variety of IT support responsibilities and handle lab equipment needs.

Qualifications :

Experience running test scripts and supporting integration projects is a plus.

Hands-on work with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, PCs, Macs).

Strong understanding of TCP / IP, VLANs, routing protocols, and network security fundamentals.

Proficiency with Python preferred.

Startup or fast-paced environment experience is a plus.

Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostics tools.

Detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.

Flexible mindset and enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools in problem-solving.

Team-oriented, with a positive, collaborative attitude.
