Here's a perfect job for you : Position Details : -Board Certified Anesthesiologist - New Grads Accepted -Start Date : ASAP after 90-day credentialing -All supervision -Own dedicated heart team (CRNAs and MDs) carved out of the practice -Two cardiac MDs and 4 cardiac CRNAs that staff the rooms -Tear down at 3pm, 5pm, and 7pm - 7pm call shifts -12 hour call shifts - call ratio is 1 : 5 for MDs with post call day off on Monday -Case Variety : Full-spectrum cases available but flexibility if you re not comfortable with certain types -Team Setup : Care Team Model -EMR : iPro Compensation + Perks : -Salary negotiated direct with group - J+C just assisting with staffing! -6 weeks of time off -No state income tax = more take-home pay Ideal for : -Board Certified Anesthesiologists -New grads welcome! -Licensed in Florida (or willing to obtain) This is more than just a job it s a lifestyle move.
