Immediate opening for a NON CDL Truck Driver and we want the right Trucker to join us at Ryder in Neenah, WI.

Driver Positions Pay Weekly

Average Weekly Pay : $1075- $1200

Hours Per Week : 49 hours per week

Paid Training

Schedule : Monday Friday

Start Time : 6 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 AM Dispatch

Deliver Solo : WI, IL, IA, MN

Route : Dedicated Home Daily

Tractor Type : Straight Truck

Trailer Type : 20-26 Straight Trucks

Equipment : Pallet Jack and Liftgate

Ryder will Train You on All Equipment Needed to Be Successful

Freight : Touch Auto Parts

Trucks are 36 Months or Newer, Include 24 / 7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers Fuel Up the Trucks at Over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide.

Requirements :

Minimum 21 Years of Age

Minimum of 6 Months of Verifiable Driving Experience

Pass a Ryder Drug Test

Must Have Verifiable Driving Experience (

• Must Be in Like Equipment If Position Being Applied For Is Operating a Straight Truck or Box Truck) :

6 Months Experience in the Past 3 Years, OR

2 Years' Experience Within the Last 5 Years, OR

5 Years' Experience Within the Last 10 Years

Pass a Ryder Background and Motor Vehicle Check Including Drug and Alcohol Verification from Previous Employers for the Last 3 Years

Pass a DOT Physical

Pass a Ryder Road Test

Must Have a Valid Driver's License

Ability to Follow Written and / or Oral Instructions

Ability to Read, Interpret and Apply Laws, Rules, Regulations Policies and / or Procedures

Responsibilities :

This Position is Primarily Responsible for Safely Driving a Vehicle Within and Requires Compliance with Safety Regulations, Continuous Training and Customer Service.

Additional Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited to :

Ensuring Compliance with Applicable Federal and / or State Laws, Regulations, and / or Agency Rules, Standards and Guidelines

Detecting and Eliminating or Minimizing Safety Hazards

Maintaining Accurate Records Loading / Unloading Freight or Assisting in the Loading / Unloading of Freight if Required by Customer

Other Tasks As Assigned
