Job Summary The Project Accountant is responsible for all project accounting for jobs assigned, acting as liaison between accounting and project management ensuring accurate and consistent billing and financial reporting.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain organized project contract files
• Full understanding of AIA G702 and G703
• Coordinate subcontractor invoices and payments per contract terms and enter in the system
• Review project labor and expense charges with Project Managers for accuracy and appropriateness
• Analyze projects; generate job costing reports to provide meaningful input to project teams and office management
• Interact with clients and vendors in a professional, courteous manner
• Full understanding of Timberline BL, PJ, JC, AP modules
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Review sub-contractors' statements
• Provide full backup billing of CM Job
