We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to support the statewide implementation of services for Medicaid-eligible youth transitioning into and out of juvenile justice settings. This role will lead program coordination, policy compliance, and systems integration to ensure care continuity and alignment with federal and state Medicaid goals.

The Project Manager will oversee policy and operational model development, monitor program data and performance metrics, and coordinate with cross-sector partners including providers, courts, and managed care organizations. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Medicaid, behavioral health, or juvenile justice reform projects, with proven ability to manage complex initiatives and facilitate stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in social work, criminal justice, psychology, or related field

Project management experience (Medicaid, justice, or public-sector strongly preferred)

Experience with policy development, performance metrics, and stakeholder facilitation

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Highly desired : Experience with EPSDT, TCM, Medicaid waivers / SPAs, CMS policy changes, and justice-involved populations.
