Key Responsibilities

• Perform a range of general labor tasks such as lifting, loading / unloading, sorting, digging, or moving materials
• Support daily field operations in landscaping, municipal waste, recycling, or utility-related environments
• Safely use hand tools and basic equipment
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Follow instructions from supervisors or team leaders to complete assignments
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and care for tools and equipment
• Assist with job site preparation and cleanup
• Work independently or with a small team to meet daily goals
• Communicate effectively to ensure task completion and safety
