Job descriptionPractice Setting : Office / Ambulatory Clinic Reason for Coverage : Support access for community - physician retiring Schedule : 8am -5pm M-F; NO CALL 100% Outpatient coverage Average Number of Office / Clinic Patients Per Locum Per Day : 12-16 Other Neurologists are present during assignment 11 physicians in group, 10 APP's in group Labs onsite Ancillary staff : 1 RN, 4 LPN, 1 MA Office Equipment : EMG, Doppler EMR : Epic Board Certified - REQUIRED Active VA license - HIGHLY Preferred, BLS / ACLS Certified - REQUIRED Flu vaccine - REQUIRED at time of credentialing Covid Vaccine - Highly preferred
