At Signet Health, we’re excited to present a unique opportunity for a Nurse Executive Director of Behavioral Health Services to join our team at Owensboro Health Twin Lakes Medical Center. Position Overview : As the Nurse Executive Director of Behavioral Health Services, you will manage a 12-bed hospital-based geriatric inpatient behavioral health program. This highly visible role comes with strategic responsibilities, working collaboratively with Signet Health and hospital leadership to create a respected and cohesive program that serves the community effectively. Primary Responsibilities : Oversee all aspects of the behavioral health inpatient program, ensuring high-quality patient care. Manage budgeting and financial operations to support program sustainability. Develop and enhance referral networks to grow the program. Enforce compliance measures with state, CMS, and TJC accreditation standards. Establish and allocate resources effectively to achieve program goals and enhance effectiveness. Provide personnel management and foster staff development through mentorship and training. Conduct program analysis and evaluation to drive continuous improvement. Requirements / Qualifications : Experience managing a hospital-based inpatient psychiatric program. Unencumbered Kentucky RN license; BSN required, MSN preferred.
