Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team to meet performance objectives, including quality and production goals

Required Qualifications and Education

High School Diploma required

5 years of aligned experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software

Strong leadership potential with the ability to mentor and coach

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
