About the Role and What You'll Be Doing
Ensono is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to support initiatives that strengthen relationships and enhance market visibility. This position focuses on providing strategic, logistical, administrative, and communication support for engagement programs, events, and strategic projects. The role requires adaptability, collaboration, and a proactive approach to contributing to organizational priorities.
Responsibilities
Contribute to initiatives that enhance client engagement and market visibility, including research, coordination, and communication tasks.
Provide strategic and professional support for programs and events, ensuring smooth execution and timely follow-up.
Assist in gathering insights and maintaining accurate records to support relationship-building activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach and engagement efforts with organizational priorities.
Participate in projects aimed at improving awareness and strengthening connections with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of engagement initiatives.
Act as a resource for sales teams and support subject matter experts.
Support the development and execution of a closed-loop feedback mechanism to continuously improve enablement collateral, pricing strategies, and contact mapping / building processes.
Exercise independent judgment and discretion in the execution of duties and in making recommendations to leadership.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, related field OR equivalent experience
1-2 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or sales support (internships or relevant coursework may be considered)
Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation abilities
Ability to work collaboratively and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with sales processes and a desire to learn sales enablement best practices
Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and exercise discretion and judgment.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $65,000 to $95,000 annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
