What We Offer :
- Salary Range : $65,000 to $75,000 (based on experience)
- Full Time : 40 hours / 5-day work week (including 2 Saturdays per month)
- 90 day paid training

Responsibilities :
This role will report to the Store ManagerOverseeing & directing performance of the sales teamEnsure client relationships are built & follow up is completedParticipate in setting sales quotas & goalsTraining all sales representativesOverseeing sales, promotions & campaignsTracking & analyzing sales statisticsHandling & resolving customer complaintsHelp to maintain showroom by keeping samples, displays & common areas neat, current & cleanExpected to complete aspects of sales role :provide outstanding customer service & determine needs
keep up to date on the wide selection of products & servicesschedule appointments to meet at client’s homes or workplace to provide design adviceproviding sample suggestionsgather space / area measurements & calculate number of materials needed for projectscreate project estimate / proposal for client reviewscheduling installation team & performing quality control throughout projectcommunicate with vendors to determine product specifications and availabilityDesired Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum of 2-4 years’ proven work experience in Retail Management, Sales Manager, Flooring Sales, Flooring Installation, or similar roleValid driver’s license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)Working knowledge of CRM platforms & Microsoft OfficeAbility to set sales targets & achieve them effectivelyStrong analytical skills to identify trends & sales patternsExceptional critical thinking & problem-solving abilityStrong personal & professional judgmentAbility to adapt & respond quickly to customers’ needs / wantsOrganizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priorityExcellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skillsAble to guide & mentor sales representativesAdvanced time management skills & detailed orientedA positive attitude & desire to exceed expectationsKnowledge of the flooring & design industry a plus (Willing to train)Knowledge of RFMS a plus (Willing to train)How to Apply :
