What You'll Do:

• Greet and room patients, ensuring a smooth and comfortable visit
• Take vital signs, medical history, and intake information for provider review
• Assist with casting, and other minor procedures as assigned
• Educate patients by providing medication, treatment, and recovery instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Ensure a safe and organized clinical environment, following infection control procedures
• Support providers by preparing exam rooms, managing supplies, and assisting in procedures
• Work collaboratively with physicians, NP/PAs, and fellow clinical staff to optimize patient care

What You Bring to the Team:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), CNA, Athletic Trainer (ATC), LPN, Rad Tech, or other relevant clinical credential
• Current Maine license or eligibility for licensure (if applicable)
• BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire)
• Experience in a healthcare, clinical, or medical office setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and team interactions
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a busy medical environment
• Strong compassion and patient-centered approach to care
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) and basic computer skills
