Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Sales. The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, driving hotel occupancy, and fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders. Furthermore, this role involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to boost revenue. The role is based in Washington, DC, with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

Experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management

Proven ability in Leadership, Team Management, and Staff Training

Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills

Proficiency in Market Analysis, Sales Forecasting, and Reporting

Knowledge of the hospitality industry and understanding of sales cycles

Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred

Ability to work hybrid, with flexibility in location and schedule
