Desktop Support Technician I

Our client is seeking a Desktop Support Technician I for a contract opportunity.

Essential Responsibilities / Job Duties

• Configures workstations for new users and upgrades existing equipment.
• Utilizes ticketing system.
• Re-images computers, repairing computers, performs data migrations and restorations.
