Job description

A wonderful health network in the Chicago area is looking for a qualified and fitting Family Practice Physician! Seeking full time, permanent opportunity.

Family Practice Physician Opportunity :

  • Outpatient setting, M - F clinic hours.
  • 1 : 4 call rotation required.
  • 45 minutes from downtown Chicago
  • Collegial group of system physicians eager to provide mentorship and support in developing physician practices
  • EPIC fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII (Only 5% of hospitals in country are at this level of sophistication)
  • Nurse practitioner support in both inpatient and outpatient settings

Family Practice Physician Qualifications :

  • Must be BE / BC in Family Practice or Family Medicine.
  • Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Indiana
  • New grads encouraged to apply!
