Location : Greater Pittsburgh Area

Are you an experienced commercial roofer who takes pride in quality work, values safety, and enjoys leading by example? We’re looking for a Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to join our dynamic team in the Greater Pittsburgh area. In this role, you’ll lead a two-person crew, manage on-site service projects, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead and mentor your roofing technician, coordinating daily work and maintaining a safe, productive job site.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients, providing updates and maintaining strong communication.
• Diagnose and repair various roofing issues including leaks, membrane and flashing repairs, and general maintenance.
• Perform hands-on roofing work such as tear-offs, insulation, membrane welding, and flashings.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and manufacturer safety standards.
• Submit proposals for additional work (e.g., NTE increases, quick bids), and help identify service opportunities.
• Maintain accurate documentation including photos, reports, timesheets, and service logs using mobile apps.
• Inspect and maintain vehicle and tools to ensure readiness and compliance.
