Job description

Senior Director, ISV Alliances & Partnerships

We are seeking a Senior Director, ISV Alliances & Partnerships to lead our Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partner strategy. This leader will drive growth through strategic alliances with top ISVs, expand our ecosystem integrations, and accelerate joint go-to-market initiatives that deliver value to customers and partners.

The ideal candidate has deep experience building and scaling ISV partnerships, a strong understanding of SaaS / UCaaS / CCaaS ecosystems, and a proven track record of delivering measurable revenue impact through partner-led growth.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

Define and execute RingCentral's global ISV partner strategy aligned with company priorities.

Build and manage high-impact ISV relationships that expand our platform capabilities and customer value.

Serve as a thought leader on ISV ecosystem trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

Partnership Development

Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic ISVs that complement RingCentral's platform.

Negotiate partnership agreements, including joint go-to-market, commercial models, and product integrations.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive partner success.

Go-to-Market Execution

Develop joint value propositions, co-marketing programs, and partner enablement initiatives.

Drive pipeline growth and revenue through co-selling motions with ISVs.

Measure and report on partner performance, revenue impact, and ecosystem health.

Team & Influence

Lead and mentor a team of partner managers and alliance leaders.

Act as an executive sponsor for key ISV partnerships.

Influence product roadmap through partner feedback and joint innovation.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in alliances, partnerships, or business development, with at least 5 years focused on ISVs in SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, or adjacent cloud technologies.

Proven track record of building and scaling high-value ISV ecosystems and delivering measurable revenue growth.

Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels (internally and externally).

Experience structuring complex partnership agreements and leading joint GTM execution.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
