There can be flexibility on the start / end times as needed. This is a hybrid position. The team is working 40% of the week in the office and 60% at home.
Job Title : Call Center Accounts Receivables Analyst
Location : Nashville, TN (Hybrid)
Duration : 06 Months On W2 Contract
Responsibilities for this position will include the following :
- Receives inbound calls in high volume AR department and assists with AR related customer questions
- Assist in managing high volume AR department email boxes
- Escalates issues and difficult matters to appropriate department.
- Effectively utilize technology and other tools to accomplish tasks.
