Position Overview : To greet and welcome guests in the Café and serve guests with food and beverage items from the Café menu.
Essential Functions :
- Take orders from guests in the Café including Starbucks drinks, coffee, tea, and other beverages and food items.
- Operate point of sale system; take and process payments.
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks including all drinks. Serve items to customers.
- Prepare minor food prep and knowledge of safety and health procedures.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to each guest.
- Take inventory and replenish items as needed.
- Keep workspace and dining area clean and well maintained.
- Must work variable hours, AM and Pm, must be available to work some weekends and holidays
- Answer questions on menu items and interact with guests in a positive and friendly manner.
