Staff Product Manager

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead product management efforts and drive improvements in processes and practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and monitor product scope, schedule, and delivery requirements with minimal oversight

Serve as a mentor and provide constructive feedback to support employee development

Define product vision and strategy while influencing decision-making among stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of education

3+ years of experience directing assignments for cross-functional teams

Previous experience supporting programs for the VA

Experience leading cross-functional teams of designers, researchers, and engineers

Deep stakeholder management experience and expertise in prioritization and organization
