Adecco is seeking reliable and motivated General Laborers to join our production team on second and third shift. The General Laborer plays an essential role in maintaining smooth manufacturing operations by assisting with material handling, machine operation, assembly, and general plant support.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general labor duties in a clean manufacturing environment.

Load and unload materials, products, or components as needed.

Operate basic production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.

Inspect parts and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met.

Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and safety standards.

Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures.

Support machine operators and technicians with production needs.

Report any equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production setting a plus.

Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Reliable attendance and willingness to work assigned shift schedule.

Team-oriented attitude and ability to follow direction.

Pay Details : $17.00 to $17.75 per hour
