About the Role
As a Practice Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our hospital operations—balancing clinical excellence with operational leadership. This dynamic role is split between providing top-tier veterinary technician support (60–80% of your time) and managing key operational functions like scheduling, payroll, training, and client service.
You’ll work closely with the Operations Advisor and hospital leadership to ensure smooth daily operations, exceptional patient care, and a supportive, empowered team environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily hospital operations and act as the go-to resource for your team
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and timesheets with precision
- Train and coach team members on best practices and client service standards
- Resolve client concerns and ensure a seamless client experience
- Support inventory, equipment, and facility management
- Play an active role in hospital performance and goal achievement
- Serve as a Veterinary Technician during most shifts
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED (college coursework preferred)3+ years of experience in veterinary, client service, or leadership rolesLicense eligible or Licensed Veterinary Technician requiredMust have experience in Veterinary MedicineStrong communication, multitasking, and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital systemsA collaborative spirit and a commitment to excellencePhysical Requirements
