Description : POSITION SUMMARY :

Under the guidance of the Gymnastics / Program Director, the Gymnastics Instructor teaches the gymnastics sessions. The instructor is responsible for planning, organizing, and documenting each lesson.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Plan and teach the gymnastics daily sessions
• Teach Saturday morning parent & tot and pre-gym classes.
• Supervise “open gym” time.
• Maintain the gymnastics center in a safe condition.
• Report to director any safety issue.
• Take care of any pre-session and post-session cleaning / maintenance duties.
• Attend scheduled staff meetings.
• Execute a written report on any injuries or accidents that occur while on duty.
• Supervise a birthday party according to the guidelines set forth in the manual.
• Arrive on time, dressed professionally and well-groomed each and every day.
• Responsible for upholding all staff safety requirements including cleaning protocols throughout the day, as required by my department.
• Other duties assigned by Supervisor

Pay Range : no experience starting at $10 / hour ; with experience starting at $12 / hour
