Company Overview

Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people’s lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business‑critical data that is trapped inside of documents. You will define and drive the security product roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and customer needs. Acting as a bridge between technical and business leaders, you will shape security product strategy, influence direction, and ensure our solutions reduce risk while enabling innovation and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Security TPMs, ensuring clarity of vision, accountability, and career development

  • Define and drive the security product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, evolving threats, and enterprise priorities
  • Oversee research and assessment of the current security state, identifying gaps and prioritizing initiatives based on risk, impact, and stakeholder feedback
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, legal, compliance, and business teams to embed security‑by‑design principles throughout the product lifecycle
  • Champion a user‑centric approach to security, balancing robust protection with seamless user experience
  • Synthesize stakeholder and customer feedback, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to inform strategy and continuous improvement
  • Establish clear program structures, metrics, and reporting mechanisms (KPIs / OKRs) to measure and communicate program effectiveness, maturity, and business impact
  • Translate complex security and technical risks into clear business impacts for executives and stakeholders
  • Foster a culture of innovation, operational excellence, and continuous learning within the security product management team
