Job Title : Licensed Clinician – (LCSW / LPC)
Location : Hillside, New Jersey - 1085 Liberty Ave, Hillside, NJ 07205
Employment Type : Full-Time Exempt (Monday to Friday).
Salary : $65,000 – $70,000

Job Responsibilities :
Help students and families gain insight into their difficulties and facilitate change by conducting individual, group and family psychotherapyProvide crisis assessment and psychotherapy intervention as needed to address emergent situations during the school dayComplete biopsychosocial assessments as part of the intake / referral process, discharge summaries, transition planning and goal progressMaintain student's clinical file by recording entries of treatment sessions, completing treatment plans and progress reports, and providing information on goal progress in relevant documentation such as IEP's, I&RS plans, and 504 plansPrepare discharge summaries and mid-year and end-of-year clinical summariesPrepare clinical presentations for staff meetings regarding issues pertinent to presenting needsSupport educational staff through clinical intervention and sharing of knowledgeQualifications :
A master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related fieldPossess an active LSW in New JerseyKnowledge of developmental theory and interventions with individuals, groups and family therapyCommitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in counseling and educationPreferred / Nice to Have :
