This position requires a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of two years years secretarial experience. Must have excellent computer skills in spreadsheet, data base management, word processing and graphics. Working knowledge of alpha and numeric filing system. Excellent spelling and grammar skills. Must have communication skills, written verbal and telephone. Greet assist Customers / Venders courteously in a professional and friendly manner. Process necessary paperwork for purchasing, payables and receivables. Maintain records and other filing systems. Self-motivated, organized, efficient and complete in assignments. Must maintain strictest confidentiality of department activities related to children, families and personnel. Ability to take direction, complete PO requisitions, log in and deliver supplies. Free of dysfunctional use of alcohol and drugs. Comply with drug free workplace Policy.
Requirements
Must submit and pass a criminal background check with Federal, Tribal and State Law Enforcement and a pre-employment alcohol and drug screening. Valid Oregon drivers license is required.
