Parts Installer Scheduler – Appliance Retail

Daily Expectations and Responsibilities of a Parts Installer Scheduler
Customer Service & Communication
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email.
- Support with product inquiries, orders, service scheduling, and warranty information.
- Communicate with customers regarding service appointments and part arrivals.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns with care, professionalism, and efficiency.
Scheduling & Coordination
Schedule service and installation appointments with internal technicians and delivery staff.Coordinate parts delivery and technician availability to ensure timely service completion.Maintain clear communication between customers, service teams, and management.Parts Ordering & Inventory Management
Order appliance parts and track orders through to delivery.Receive, verify, and organize incoming parts shipments.Maintain an accurate and organized inventory of service parts.Ship parts to service technicians, customers, or vendors as needed.Ensure parts are ordered and stocked in alignment with service schedules and business needs.Administrative & Technical Support
Monitor customer portals and track service or delivery updates.Process payments, order updates, and shipping documents accurately.Collaborate closely with service, sales, and delivery teams.Stay current on product knowledge, company policies, and service procedures.Requirements :
What the Parts Installer Scheduler Brings :
2-3 years of customer service or service coordination experience in a high-volume setting.Experience with parts ordering, scheduling, or inventory management preferred.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; EPass experience a plus.Quick, accurate data entry and 10-key proficiency.A team-first mindset and keen attention to detail.Schedules Available
