Pay Rate : $1852.35 - $2029.70

OT with 2+ years of experience needed. NM License, BLS and acute care experience required.

Required Qualifications

Occupational Therapist, Outpatient

Experience : 2 years

Licenses : OT-NM

Certifications : BLS-AHA; OTR-National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy

SSN Required

DOB Required

Work History : Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
