We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Electrical Engineer to join our expanding team in Nashville, Tennessee . This full-time, in-office role is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to grow in the electrical design and building systems engineering industry .

As part of our engineering team, you'll gain hands-on experience with power distribution, lighting design, fire alarm systems, and construction documentation while receiving mentorship from licensed Professional Engineers. This role offers a direct path toward EIT certification and PE licensure , with full training and development support.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and layout of electrical systems , including lighting, AC / DC power distribution, grounding, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems
• Prepare construction drawings, load calculations, short-circuit studies, and code compliance reviews
• Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors on commercial and institutional building projects
• Attend job site visits, design meetings, and submittal reviews to gain field experience
• Work under the guidance of senior electrical engineers while pursuing licensure
