Toyota's 1214-week internship and co-op program is designed to build a strong talent pipeline by providing university students with meaningful, hands-on experience that can lead to future full-time employment. From day one, interns are empowered to make a real impacttaking ownership of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing innovative ideas. Whether you're working at our North American headquarters, R&D centers, manufacturing plants, or field offices, you'll be immersed in a dynamic environment that fosters growth, creativity, and professional development.

Our North American locations are looking for qualified students to fill Summer 2026 / Fall 2026 / Spring 2027 Internships and Co-Ops for the following areas across the enterprise :

Accounting & Finance
Sales & Marketing
Brand Engagement Center
Purchasing Supplier Development
Product Support
Supply Chain & Logistics
Human Resources
Data and Analytics
Economics
Accounting & Finance

Required Qualifications :

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must have reliable transportation

Must have the right to work in the United States and not require Toyota sponsorship for immigration-related employment

Minimum GPA of 2.7 or higher

Must have completed at least one full academic year at a two- or four-year college or university post-high school (sophomore standing or above)

Currently enrolled in a full-time, accredited degree program studying in a business discipline or related field

What you'll be doing :

Project Support and Execution : Assist with ongoing projects by contributing to planning, research, and execution. The projects vary depending on the field.

Networking and collaboration : Grow professional network through participating in team meetings and communicating cross-functionally.

Process Improvement and Innovation : Interns are encouraged to observe current practices and suggest improvements. This may include observing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, proposing new methods, or supporting implementation.

Administrative Support : Assist your team with organization of files, records, or databases to aid overall functionality.
