Responsibilities
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing Product Engineering team. Reporting to the Director of Product, this role is critical to the successful delivery of technology-driven projects across the organization. You'll be responsible for managing projects from inception through executionensuring goals are met on time, within scope and budget, and aligned to BGCA's strategic priorities. This is a highly collaborative role that requires effective communication, strong leadership, and an ability to manage change in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead the successful delivery of single or multiple projectsensuring scope, timeline, and quality standards are met.
- Analyze project proposals to determine timeframes, funding needs, and approach.
- Develop and implement work plans, project deliverables, milestones, and schedules.
- Identify project resource needs and coordinate team assignments, including vendor or contractor support.
- Motivate and lead project team members throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Establish and execute communication plans that keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Ensure alignment between project outcomes and business objectives.
- Maintain standards and procedures for reporting, documentation, and knowledge management.
- Continuously assess and improve project management processes to enhance organizational capability.
Qualifications
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects, preferably in a tech-enabled or product-driven environment.Proven success leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.Adept at working in fast-paced, evolving settings with a strong sense of initiative.Skilled in risk management, project communication, and stakeholder engagement.Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to consistency and quality.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Comfortable working in ambiguity with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.Ability to travel occasionally (up to 5%); valid driver's license required.This position does not supervise direct reports but may oversee temporary staff or vendors.
This role is hybrid, (2- Days in our midtown Atlanta office) and may require occasional in-person collaboration or travel.
