Job descriptionHelp manage and organize the company Learning Management System (LMS) Upload courses, track completion, and maintain training records Generate participation, compliance, and completion reports for leadership Ensure training schedules, rosters, and materials are accurate and current Assist in producing leadership and training content, including : Short leadership videos Training decks and facilitator guides Supporting materials for Overwatch University programs Work with L&D leadership to refine messaging and instructional flow Track training metrics and provide regular reports Maintain calendars, course schedules, and documentation Support continuous improvement of training programs Execute tasks independently and meet deadlines consistently Experience instructing, briefing, or leading teams Strong public speaking and classroom / professional presence Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable managing data in systems (LMS, spreadsheets, dashboards) Professional writing and communication skills Self-starter who can operate in a fast-moving environment Experience as an instructor, trainer, or facilitator Familiarity with LMS platforms Video or content creation experience Background in leadership development, training, or education Primarily virtual Austin, TX preferred but not required Occasional travel for in-person training or events

Description
The Learning & Development Program Manager will support the design, delivery, and execution of Overwatch University training programs. This role blends instruction, operations, systems management, and content creation.
This is an ideal opportunity for a transitioning veteran who enjoys teaching, organizing complex programs, and building professional training systems. This could lead to a career in L&D or HR.
Key Responsibilities
Instruction & Training Delivery
- Teach and facilitate 3+ leadership or professional development courses per week (virtual and occasional in-person)
- Co-host and help run daily morning training sessions (4 days / week)
- Deliver leadership content clearly, confidently, and professionally
- Support in-person classes and company events as needed
