• Summary of Responsibilities

Our voluntary mental and behavioral clinic health is centered around evidence- based best practice treatments individualized for each patient and their needs. The Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) will use their professional skills to assess and evaluate the patient to formulate a solution focused personalized plan of care to help individuals identify strengths and internal resources that will help them through their current difficulties in an outpatient setting. Patience, critical thinking, and the ability to communicate both written and verbally are imperative for this role. Our smaller facility ensures that the Qualified Mental Health Professional can quickly connect with our patients, guarantee patient dignity, and make a positive lasting impression.

_Jackson House King Clinic provides enhanced voluntary mental and behavioral health services to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. In our outpatient clinic setting we are able to support and provide resources to resolve their discomfort. Our services include nursing, group and individual therapy, peer support, and referral coordination in a trauma-informed, mindfulness-based treatment environment._

• Qualifications
• Active fully licensed Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-C, QMHP-R, RN, or OT) in the state of Oregon _
• required.
• Two (2) years of experience as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals in an inpatient or outpatient setting preferred.
• Obtain and maintain current BLS CPR.
• Licensed driver with an automobile that is in good working order to get to and from work in all weather conditions to ensure reliability.
