About the Podiatric Physician
Upperline Health is seeking a well-trained Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) to provide foot and ankle care. The candidate must demonstrate compassion, attention to detail, and thrive in a collaborative environment. As Upperline expands, this individual will explore a wide range of career opportunities within the company.
What You'll Be Doing
Assess patients presenting lower extremity complaints; review history, listen to concerns, perform physical examination, order appropriate imaging or labs, and develop an evidence-based plan of care.Provide comprehensive podiatric care—including at-risk foot care, painful conditions, trauma, wound care, and surgical management when appropriate.Offer foot-care advice, instruction, and patient education on wellness, medication usage, side effects, adherence, and prevention.Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with state regulations and Upperline standards.Participate in continuing education as required by the State Board of Podiatric Medicine.Prescribe medication in accordance with state Board authority.Perform any related duties as assigned.Experience and Qualifications
Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) with appropriate certification and licensure.DPM license required—active or the ability to obtain within an applicable timeframe.Compassionate care for patients and families.DEA registration or eligibility.CPR certification and compliance with state Board requirements.Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective interaction with patients, caregivers, clinicians, and team members.Job Type : Full-Time
