Jr Civil Engineer

• Recently, or close to, graduating from a civil engineering program.

Responsibilities :

• Provide general CAD drafting and design support for engineers, architects, surveyors, and land planners to produce a variety of design drawings for development projects.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to clients.
• Organize information to create final construction drawing packages for the wide array of projects that the company engineers.
• Ensure that design deliverables meet municipal codes and requirements.
• Adopt and apply our defined quality control review process to ensure accuracy and quality of work.
• Be our client’s advocate to help them efficiently navigate municipality approval.
• Build relationships with project managers and professional engineers to collaborate and problem‑solve on a variety of projects.
• With clear and concise communication, coordinate with a variety of individuals involved in the development process.
• May be required to perform administrative‑type duties as required, i.e., copying and collating plans and preparing / delivering submittals.
• Will be expected to participate in department goal‑setting and accomplishments, book reviews, and personal and team development.

REQUIREMENTS
