Role Overview

We are seeking an Insurance Case Manager to oversee life insurance and annuity new business and policy servicing. This role is ideal for someone with strong follow-through, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills who thrives in a client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Manage insurance applications from submission through policy issue

Coordinate parameds, APSs, and underwriting requirements

Communicate with clients about outstanding items

Process policy updates (beneficiary, billing, loans, etc.)

Maintain compliance records and track new business pipeline

Qualifications

Active Life & Health license required

2+ years of experience in insurance operations or case management

Excellent organizational and client service skills

Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
