NEW Mobile Point of Care Lab Technician

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 5 : 00am–1 : 30pm or 2 : 00pm–10 : 30pm

Pay : $24 – $29 / hr

Overview :

A well-established mobile clinical diagnostics organization is seeking a reliable Point of Care Lab Technician to join their California team. This role involves performing waived laboratory testing in remote or mobile settings and ensuring accurate, high-quality patient results. A company van is provided.

Responsibilities :

Perform waived testing in Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Molecular, and Coagulation

Conduct blood collections (venipuncture and capillary) as needed

Maintain quality control and documentation of test results

Enter and verify patient and order information in the LIS

Operate and maintain mobile lab equipment and instrumentation

Ensure proper inventory and compliance with state documentation requirements

Troubleshoot technical or procedural issues in real time

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent required

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Previous laboratory and / or phlebotomy experience preferred

Must meet state requirements for testing personnel

California : Licensed Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required for waived testing

COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required
