We are hiring Med Techs and PCAs to provide compassionate, direct care to our residents. No certification? No problem! We provide on-site training for Medication Technicians .

Position Summary :

Key Responsibilities :

As a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) , you will provide compassionate, hands-on assistance to residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. You will support residents in maintaining their dignity and independence while ensuring their safety and comfort. This role also involves monitoring and documenting vital signs, assisting with meals and hydration, helping with mobility and positioning, and reporting any changes in a resident's condition to the nursing staff. Creating a clean and supportive environment and offering emotional support to residents are also essential parts of your daily responsibilities.

As a Medication Technician (Med Tech) , you will be responsible for safely preparing, administering, and documenting medications in accordance with state regulations and facility policies. You must observe and report any adverse reactions, ensure medications are stored and handled properly, and maintain accurate medication administration records (MARs). Communication with nursing staff regarding resident conditions and medication responses is a vital aspect of this role, as is ensuring compliance with all safety and privacy standards.

Requirements :

A High School Diploma or Equivalent is required. Certification is NOT required for Med Tech positions, as training is provided on-site. Candidates must bring compassion, reliability, and a passion for helping seniors.
