Responsibilities

• Manage the smooth running of the Regus centre and motivate the team to deliver service excellence.
• Promote products and services to new and existing customers; drive customer satisfaction and retention.
• Welcome members, guide them to their meeting rooms, assist with facilities, WiFi setup and AV systems.
• Meet with new members to understand their business needs and identify networking opportunities with other members.
• Coordinate move-ins (e.g., welcome kits, badges, keys) for new tenants and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Provide tours and information to prospective coworking members, explaining Regus membership benefits.
• Host a monthly operations meeting for Community Sales Managers within the local cluster and with the regional Operations Manager.
• Engage with members throughout the day, gather feedback, and support a positive workplace environment.
