We have an exciting locum tenens opportunity for a Physician in Emergency Medicine near Henning, MN. The job starts ASAP, with ongoing availability for 10-12 shifts per month. Position Details : Job Type : Locum Tenens Emergency Medicine Location : Near Henning, MN Shifts : 12-hour shifts (days or nights) Monthly Shifts : 10-12 shifts per month ER Volume : Approximately 10,000 annual visits Support Staff : Includes 2 RNs and 1 CNA Electronic Medical Record System (EMR) : Meditech Reason for Coverage : Physician retirement and another transitioning to private practice Certification Requirements : Required Certifications : ACLS, PALS, and either ATLS or CALS with a trauma component Board Certification : Board Certified preferred, but Board Eligible candidates with Emergency Medicine experience will be considered Licensing : Active Minnesota medical license or eligibility through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) Experience : Candidates with EM experience from specialties like General Surgery, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine are encouraged to apply Additional Information : No on-call responsibilities Immediate availability for dates starting in October Clean background and malpractice history are highly preferred This is an excellent opportunity for emergency medicine physicians to gain locum tenens experience while working in a dynamic healthcare setting near Henning, MN.
