What You'll Be Doing
- Monitor and optimize mill operations to ensure efficient production and equipment reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and troubleshoot issues
- Lead maintenance planning and execution for mill-related equipment and systems
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions
- Support safety initiatives and ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards
What Are We Looking For
Work Environment
This role is based at a cement manufacturing facility and involves both office and field work. The environment includes exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures. Appropriate PPE is provided and required.
