This role offers weekday clinical hours with call responsibilities, supported by an anesthesiologist and a team of CRNAs. The position is flexible for in-state and traveling providers, with coverage expectations tailored accordingly.

Coverage Dates : January 5, 2026 - Ongoing Need

Schedule :

Clinical : Monday-Friday, 6 : 30a-2 : 30p (may extend depending on cases)

Call : 2 : 30p-6 : 30a the following morning; weekends 2 : 30p Friday-6 : 30a Monday

Call Ratio : 1 : 5

Patients per Call Shift : 2

Patient Assignments : Unassigned

Call Response Time : 20 minutes

Facility Size : 6 beds

Patient Volume : 1-20 per shift

Hospital Certification : Stroke Certified

Trauma Level : III

EMR : Epic

DEA : Not required (hospital DEA available)

Requirements :

Active Wisconsin Medical License

ACLS, BLS, and PALS Certifications Required
