Qualified candidates :
- Board Certified in Thoracic Surgery
- 10+ years of experience preferred
- Experience in thoracic / lung surgery a plus
- Interested in growing a cardiac surgery program
- Ideal candidate will have a passion for leading change
- Ability to work as a team member
- Commitment to quality, patient safety and overall excellence in evidence based clinical care
